The rules
The pot
Jeet Jail is one ordinary coin on pump.fun. Its creator fees are forwarded to the pot wallet by hand. Every hour, on the hour UTC, 90% of whatever arrived since the last payout is split between the free holders and sent as plain SOL transfers. The other 10% stays on the wallet and pays the network fees, the RPC and the server that does the work.
Your share
Your share of an hour is your average balance over that hour, from balance snapshots every five minutes, divided by the sum of every free holder's average. You are in the split from 100 000 $JEETJAIL. Pools, the pot wallet and known exchange wallets are left out.
Anything under 0.001 SOL is not sent: the network fee would eat it and a fresh account cannot be opened with that little. It waits on your name and goes out with the next hour that clears the line.
The arrest
Giving your tokens away is giving them away, however you do it: selling on the curve, selling in a pool, swapping through an aggregator, or sending them to another wallet. If what you gave away in the last rolling 24 hours is more than 20% of your own highest balance in those same 24 hours, you are arrested at the transaction that crossed the line.
The sentence is 72 hours. Arrested again inside 7 days of walking out and it is 144, a third time and it is 288. Selling everything is still an arrest, and buying back in does not end it.
You keep your tokens the whole time. The only thing a sentence takes is your share of the hourly pots, and those shares go to the holders who stayed.
Bail
Hold again what you held before the sale, plus 10% of what you sold, and you walk at the next hour. Held 2M, sold 1M: bail is 2.1M. Buy it wherever you like, the keeper reads the balance. Hours already spent inside are not paid back.
Moving to another wallet
Sign MOVE and the new address with the old wallet first, at the transfer desk. One transfer to that address inside the next hour is not an arrest, and the new wallet inherits the record. Nothing is signed for you and no transaction is ever asked for.
What this is not
The jail is a rule the keeper follows, not a program on chain. The coin itself is ordinary: you can always sell it, nobody can freeze it, nothing is burned and nothing is taken out of a jeet's wallet. The whole punishment is that his share of the pot goes to somebody else.
Check it yourself
Every hour leaves one transaction with a memo carrying the hour number, the hash of the payout list and the hash of the list of inmates. Both lists are on this site, so you can hash them yourself and compare.

Case cards carry nothing but what is already on the chain: an address, amounts and times. No names and no accounts.
